The problem I have is that any spare minute I get to write, I have some idea or other for my next story, so the blog gets pushed aside. Besides, story writing is so much more fun than writing about myself, and until I pull my finger out and interview some interesting authors, about me is all that's going in.
So I guess I should start tracking some of those interesting authors down. After I go play with my Arabian - horse, that is. This is him... Have a great day! What a perfect day to stay indoors with the air conditioning cranked up and write.
It’s blowing a gale and the forecast is for 36 degrees... which wouldn’t be so bad if hubby hadn’t just coated the paddocks in chicken manure, and if the wind wasn’t blowing straight at the house like the place had a big red and white target painted on it. Forget drying anything on the clothesline, I can’t even walk down to feed the horses without coming back smelling like the inside of a chicken shed! At least in a few weeks the paddocks will be all green and pretty, and the geese certainly love fossicking through for worms. I’ve just done a Q & A session with Sarah from The Book Reading Gal’s, after Getting Wild received a great review at http://thebookreadinggals.com/2013/09/getting-wild-by-sarah-barrie.html It’s always a thrill to read that someone has enjoyed something I’ve had so much fun writing. After taking a really good look around the site, I can say that it has loads of helpful reviews for anyone contemplating what to read next. Have a great day! |
